Roselló - Sangenís reserves the right to complete, modify or replace this Legal Notice at any time, as well as any of the other general or particular conditions, the mere publication of these changes in the Website will be deemed sufficient notification. 2. Users’ rights and obligations.
Access to the Website is under the exclusive responsibility of Users and implies knowledge and acceptance of the current legal notice and terms and conditions of use, therefore, Users should carefully read this Legal Notice whenever accessing the Website. The use of any of the services offered in it will confer the condition of User and will imply express, voluntary and unreserved acceptance of this Legal notice.

Roselló - Sangenís will not be liable for damages of any sort suffered by the User as a result of failures in the network connection producing suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Website services or by Force Majeure.
